These terms and conditions govern access to, use of and purchase of products on the Luscencia website. Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the purchase terms presented to you. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

These terms govern online purchases from Luscencia by consumers in the United Kingdom. We use a dropshipping fulfilment model: partners in China prepare and dispatch goods directly to customers. NLCL COLLABORATORS, S.L., trading as Luscencia, remains your contractual seller and is responsible for orders, delivery enquiries and your consumer rights.
Users agree to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with applicable regulations, good faith and public order.
Using the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes that may damage the operation of the website or infringe upon the rights of Luscencia, other users or third parties is prohibited.
The products offered on Luscencia are presented as accurately as possible through descriptions, photographs and information available on each product page.
However, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to lighting, the screen used by the customer or the product manufacturing process.
The photographs, descriptions and content on the website are intended to present the products as clearly as possible, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. The currency and total amount payable are shown before you place your order.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the total price paid includes applicable VAT, import duties, customs clearance and carrier import-handling charges. Standard delivery costs €18 (EUR) per order, with no minimum order value. You will not have to pay additional import charges to receive your order.
The price agreed when you place your order applies to that order. Later price changes do not affect it. If an obvious pricing error is identified, we will contact you promptly to explain it and seek your instructions. If the order cannot proceed, any amount paid will be refunded without undue delay; this clause does not override your legal rights.
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart and complete the checkout process by providing the information required for payment and delivery.
Before confirming the order, the customer can review the order summary, selected products, total price, shipping details and payment method.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and the policies available on the website.
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Availability shown on our website must reflect our ability to fulfil the order. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will tell you promptly and refund the amount paid for it without undue delay. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Payment for the order is made using the payment methods available on the website during checkout.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Luscencia does not directly store the customer's complete bank card details.
The order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are outside this delivery area. Orders are dispatched directly from China.
Preparation normally takes 1 to 3 working days and transit normally takes 7 to 12 working days, for an estimated total of 8 to 15 working days from order confirmation. Standard delivery costs €18 (EUR) per order, and applicable import charges are included in your checkout total.
See our shipping policy for the order cut-off, tracking, split shipments and delivery remedies. Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate receives them, subject to the legal exception where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.
For eligible goods, you may cancel without giving a reason until the end of 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. You must then send them back within a further 14 calendar days after notifying us. You can also notify us of cancellation before delivery.
Send a clear statement to contact@luscencia.com, use our contact form, or write to our Spanish correspondence address above. You do not need our permission or a particular form to exercise this right.
Change-of-mind returns are sent to China at the customer's expense. The return address is 1703, Building S6, Tianan Digital City, Fenggang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. International return postage may be more expensive than a UK domestic return.
We reimburse without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where we have offered collection, reimbursement is due within 14 calendar days after cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund or restocking fee.
For a full cancellation, the refund includes the €18 (EUR) standard outbound delivery charge, but not a premium delivery supplement. A lawful, proportionate deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.
Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised goods and certain sealed health or hygiene goods after unsealing. The precise conditions, optional cancellation form and separate faulty-goods rights are explained in our returns and refunds policy.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK customers retain their mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject non-conforming goods for a full refund. After that period, repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or final rejection may be available. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation period and do not depend on a manufacturer's warranty.
Please report a problem to contact@luscencia.com. Order details and photographs, where available, help us assess it. We remain responsible for providing the appropriate remedy and bearing reasonable return costs for non-conforming goods. See our returns and refunds policy.
To cancel an order, contact contact@luscencia.com as soon as possible. We will try to stop preparation and dispatch. If we cannot intercept a parcel, this does not remove your statutory cancellation right: you may notify us before delivery and return the goods under our returns policy. Applicable statutory exceptions, including personalised goods, remain relevant.
Promotional codes, discounts or offers available on Luscencia are subject to the conditions specified in each promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
If the website allows the creation of a customer account, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities carried out through their account.
Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information.
All website content, including texts, images, photographs, logos, designs, graphic elements, videos, icons and website structure, is protected by intellectual or industrial property rights.
The reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication or exploitation, in whole or in part, of such content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
If the customer publishes or submits comments, reviews, photographs, suggestions or other content related to Luscencia, they guarantee that such content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Luscencia may moderate, reject or remove content that it considers offensive, unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent or contrary to these terms and conditions.
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy, including necessary sharing with fulfilment and returns partners in China.
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Luscencia is not responsible for the content, operation, availability, security or policies of these external websites.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not exclude responsibility for goods failing to meet statutory requirements or restrict your mandatory remedies.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by applicable law.
Luscencia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to adapt them to legal, technical, commercial or operational changes to the website.
The applicable version will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice does not deprive UK consumers of the protection of mandatory laws applicable in their place of residence, including applicable UK consumer rights.
No provision requires you to give up a right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. If you have a complaint, contact us at contact@luscencia.com so that we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
